Vacancy: Store Manager - Hobbs


Center area: Unit 17/18 Bon Accord Centre

Summary: 

HOBBS are currently recruiting for a Manager for a new branch opening in the Bon Accord Shopping Centre in the heart of Aberdeen.  The store is due to open mid May and we are looking to have someone in place by mid April.

To succeed in this role with Hobbs you will need to be:

  • An experienced manager who knows how to realise the full potential of a branch and team
  • Someone who can motivate and drive a team to achieve sales and branch targets

Magnolia Silver Jewellery UK are currently looking for Full-time permanent Sales Assistants, Sales Supervisor and Shop Manager for our new store opening soon in Bon Accord.

Sales Assistants:

We are looking for people who have a natural ability to interact with clients and to meet the sales targets.  Direct sales experience for at least one year is a must, ideally in fashion/jewellery.

Salary:  £5.80 p/h + earn up to 60% on top of your salary in generous bonuses

Sales Supervisor:

We are looking for someone who has all that is required of a sales assistant plus the ability to support the Shop Manager in running the kiosk and managing the team.  The ideal candidate will be good at working in a team and have some supervisory experience.

Salary:  £6.30 p/h & earn up to 60% on top of your salary in generous bonuses

Manager:

We are looking for someone who has a natural ability to run and manage a team of sales assistants.  The successful candidate must pride him/herself on 1st class customer service and have the ability to boost sales by encouraging a vibrant and enthusiastic atmosphere from the team.  Managerial experience is a must (at least 1 year) preferably in the retail sector.

Salary:  Basic pay £6.75 p/h & earn up to 60% on top of your salary in bonuses.
