At the Bon Accord Centre we have plenty of facilities to make your visit enjoyable and stress-free.
Listed here are some of the facilities that we offer:

 

Little Shoppers Stay Safe         
Remember to pick up a wristband for your little shoppers from any member of our security team, The Disney Store, Build-A-Bear or The Early Learning Centre. The wrist bands have space for an emergency contact number should you become separated during your visit.

 

Car Parking

Both Harriet Street and Loch Street car parks provide convenient parking for the Bon Accord Centre.

 

Car Valeting       

Park your vehicle on Level 2, Loch Street Car Park in the allocated spaces, approach one of the valeting team, do your shopping and return to a sparkling, clean car : prices from only £5.95.  Further details available from www.carvaletuk.co.uk

Lifts
The Centre has 5 customer lifts, two are situated on the lower level next to Boots and three on the lower level opposite Costa Coffee.

 


Lost Property
The Centre makes every effort to ensure that lost property is returned where possible. If you have lost an item whilst in the Centre, please make enquiries in the Management Suite on the First Floor, where your details will be taken and if the item is found, your goods will be returned to you. (Please note any lost items will be kept by security here for 1 week and then handed to the Police Station at Queen Street.)

 


Public Telephones
2 pay phones are positioned in the upper mall outside GAME.  

 

 

Security
A network of CCTV cameras cover the Centre, the car parks and perimeter roads, our malls are patrolled by fully first aid trained Customer Support Officers.

 


Toilets
The toilets are situated on the upper mall opposite the food court. The disabled toilet is situated on the first level next to the management suite.

 


Baby Changing Facilities
Complete with nappy vending machines, are easily accessible in the female and male toilets on the upper mall, opposite the food court.

 

Cash Machines.
There are cash machines located in the Bank of Scotland just outside the centre at the schoolhill entrance.
