DisabledGo Accessibility Guide
DisabledGo is an award-winning disability organisation, based in the UK, which produces reports detailing accessibility to venues all over the country. Disabled people visit each venue in person to survey the the facilities and accessibility to people with disabilities, be they mobility-, vision- or hearing-based.
Wheelchair availability
Wheelchairs are available at no cost for customers and can be used out with the Centre. These can be requested on entering the car park by pressing the button for assistance at the barrier. A member of staff from the car park will meet you at your car once parked with a wheelchair.
Disabled Parking
There are more than 40 disabled parking bays located around Harriet Street and Loch Street car parks, but charges apply as they are privately run.
Guide Dogs / Assistance Dogs are welcome.
